I hope I can stay abreast, of when they are happnin' in 2011, , because I would sure like to catch some more shows in Europe!!!!!!!

 

$$$ is tight but I am going to GNRS and maybe get to attend some of the No Cal shows. I did go to Billetproof in Antioch this year after returning from Iraq, but could only go Sunday and it rained off and on, (so it wasnt very good). I will try to get that one again this next year.

 

BillitProof Drags, Toutle, WA. And Bonneville of course.

Back to the Bricks in Flint Michigan. Awesome show, last years attendance was 300,000 people. it has been voted a to 50 car show in America.

2011 Nostalgia Drag Racing final event of the year. The Texas State Championship will be at San Antonio Raceway on October 22nd, produced by the Texas Timing Ass'n. It will again be the Season Finale for the Outlaw Fuel Altered Ass'n, The Texas Blown Fuel Ass'n, Southwest Junior Fuel Dragster Ass'n, and scads of traditional Gassers, Hot Rods, and pre-'73 Super Stockers. There will also be a pre-'73 car show, a swap meet, live bands, and a Nitro Cacklefest with historic Fuel Dragsters and Fuel Funny Cars. 5th anual return to the milltown pre 64 aug 5th n 6th folks..... palmer mass....

Before you start on me about NSRA events I'm going for the trip part to both and the camping,food and friends in Kalamazoo.

Plus other events that I'll add as the time draws nearer.

 

Well ive only ever gotten to attend one real hotrod show and that was the Hunnert last year. And i can tell you this .

I wont miss it for anything short of a well placed bullet behind the ear. Dont care if i have a heartattack that morning ,all that would mean is we are cruising up in a van with flashing lights .

 

June 10-12, 2011 10th Annual GASSER Reunion, Beaver Springs Dragway, Beaver Springs, PA. Nostalgia Drag Racing at a '60's track. See ya' there.
