Event Coverage 2011 - So-Cal Speed Shop Open House & LARS photos

Hello Everyone,

I had another great year at the So-Cal Speed Shop Open House and the LARS event. Both shows were excellent. There was a great turn out at So-Cal Speed Shop and plenty of beautiful cars to enjoy. The LARS was not only excellent as always, but the show seems to have doubled in size on the fair grounds. It was nice to have some of the vendors inside the building. I was told that they had 175 vendors inside. The swap meet seemed to go on forever.

Wow, what a great show. That's all I can say.

It is nice to hear from you. Thank you for the comment. How are you doing? How was the NHRA Reunion?

LARS was incredible this year. The layout of the show seemed to double the show in size. I know that I was worn out Saturday evening from all the walking around and trying to see everything. I do like the new layout.

Hi Sololobo,

While attending the car shows. I like to capture the car show by taking photos of as many different types of cars at the event to get a good representation of cars that attended. I think about what people would want to see if they could not attend the show. I love all types of cars and it is fun for me to combine my two hobbies of Hot Rods and Photography together.

What time do you have to get to so-cal speed shop to get good street parking

 

Let's see, your in west covina, if ya leave now, you'll be the first 1 there for next year.
I got there @ 2 pm and had to park on a side street.
