2012 Jalopy Showdown; who's coming, what ya lookin for, what ya bringin ?

This weekend... Mud and gears! What ya lookin for? I'm in need of (4) complete Buick 45 fin aluminum brakes( drums to backing plates), Ford wide five wheels, quick change center section, 40ish banjo rear, possibly f100 brakes complete, and maybe 37-39 wide five drums.

 

I'm bringing my new wagon and looking for old stuff thats good for nothing but yard art such as but not limited to....

old flathead heads
races
bearings
flexplates
gears
pistons
connecting rods
metal fan blades
corragated metal
cam shafts
old 20's and 30's headlight buckets
pieces of s**** corragated metal (as small as 6 inch by 6 inches is fine)
I need one 15 inch spun aluminum looking disk (hubcap)

will trade homemade cookies

 

I'm coming and splitting a Vendors spot with Brian Darwas. Not looking for much except to unload some T SHirts on you fine folks!!

I also am trying to find a home for a recently found '32 3w if anybody is interested.

Most of all, I am looking for an incredible weekend with good people and cool cars.

 

I also will be looking for a late 40's banjo rear, so you better get there early Jeepers.

 

I need a 1940 standard or 1941 pickup gauge panel, original throttle pedal ***embly, F-1 front brake drums, anything 40-41 Ford pickup.

 

Denise, I have a box o'stuff for you !!! You can't miss our Red 55 panel.

We'll be set up with a trailer load of stuff that's not invited to return with us - -it's got to sell !!! A pair of 47-55 chevy pickup doors, 55-66 tailgate, 56 F100 grille, lotsa little stuff. Also, 33-36 hubs/drums, pair of 16" ford wires, if there's room a cheap 33-36? pickup bed.

 

I'll likely be up for the day Saturday- Sold the Scotty a couple months back so no camping for me this year, but I may be in the market to buy another. And as always, I'm looking for misc parts for my '55 Desoto or '63 Fairlane, and maybe some "decorative" junk for the house/garage.

 

Will be up Saturday. Looking for cookies, Hambers, and a good time. Bringing Effie and cash for heaven knows what.

 

Stache and I will be trekking up to the show in my freshly finished Fiddy One Victoria.....otherwise known as the *Fez Sled*.........I just painted it with 1949 Ford, *Fez Red*.........nothing like a maiden run to check it all out.......

My friend and I are vending. I'm bringing a '36 banjo with hydraulic brakes and radius rods. Also bringing '49 Plymouth ribbed bumpers and a '30-31 Model A coupe RH door in GC. My buddy is bringing vintage camping supplies and a pile of '52-'53 Desoto grilles. Look for us with the beater AirStream trailer. Showing up Friday afternoon.

 

Looking for the right wheels for the front of my 55 Olds.
Vintage chrome reverse or 5 spoke. 15" with std. GM 4.75 pattern.

Will do an inventory search for cookie rewards. And yes, I'll have the balloons there Friday night................

I will be needing some cookies at some point so i will bring some parts for yard art.

Welcome home Terrence! I recently saw your post for some Buick drums for sale. I was going to try to get ahold of you last year before you headed west.

 

I had a clearance sale at last years showdown I had 3 sets of drums and didn't sell any. I moved here and ended up shipping 2 pairs back to the east coast. Ironic

If anyones interested I have about 100 Hayward wakefield art deco movie seats at my parents place in Hershey I would make someone a smokin deal on.
