So I took Friday off to hit up the Springfield Swap Meet so I could hit up the HAMB get together Saturday. The website says Fri and Sat starts @ 7AM. Normaly I go on Saturday I'm there when they open the gates, but on Friday I don't wanna get there bright and early only to find out most of the vendors don't get set up till noon! So if any of you guys are vendors what would you recomend? I've gone after work before on Fridays and half the vendors were closing down an hour early! So I don't wanna go too late?
I always plan on going when I get a chance. I usually make it an a ll day event because there's so much to see! It seriously takes me a long time to take it all in, however, if you're just wanting to see HAMB members, I have no idea when they show up! But I don't think it's possible to get there too early!
i think set up is normally on thursday. we go early on Friday and have never been able to walk the whole swap.
Most vendors are set up by at least mid-morning Fri.. Good day to go because not quite as crowded as Sat..
Friday is the best day-I plan on selling parts this year. Hope to see ya there! Not sure where my spot is as I will get it last minute-as usual. alex

LOL I wish I was talking about the same swap meet! I'm pretty sure I'd skip just about any swap meet for that "gathering"!
