Well stated Ryan. Love your perspective on hot rods and life. Looking forward to being an Alliance Member again is year.
Thanks to all for the support..... Very busy.... went too fast..but the best is I have my 57 300 where is belongs... in my shop. great times.
Nice to have finally put a face to "RYAN" as we stopped by your booth and as said then, ALASKA SAYS HI!!!
Big It was.....and easily the best one I have attended. So many gatherings and garages were open kept us off Congress. Meatheads BBQ Thursday .... Top Shelf. Roundup and Blake's minibike races....Perfect. Nightlife at Dave's Auto and 3'D pics.....Unique Weather, friends, bands , swap meet and vendors...Great times. It takes a Army of people with passion to pull off something this big were you can bang out your joy meter. My only problem was my chest hurt from too much laughing with my buddies. Ryan, Steve and the LSRU reader, Thanks for a great time ! V
I don't know who that dude is, but i've seen that T before in town and love it! I'll have to chase him down next time and say hi!
Good one Ryan. Weird that we drive all the way to Austin, set up vending booth about 50 yards away from the JJ booth and only spend 5 minutes talking with you. I know what you mean about living it; every year we end up going with the flow and doing something other that what we thought we would do and every year that is just the right thing to do. It was good to see you and Marcy though. I can't wait for my 5 minutes in 2014.
When shows get that big, they tend to become impersonal. My favorite big show is the Scottsdale Pavillions, which is actually many shows that are all connected. The LSRU is still on my bucket list, though.
