Nice haul Brian. Those 710 breather caps are very rare, much harder to find than the standard OIL caps. :)

Great turn out today and the weather cooperated. Wife and I walked over 8 miles so bring your walking shoes.....plenty of deals to be had!

  4. Race cars are featured this year. The brew city gassers and the midwest super stocks had nice displays. I was set up outside so nitro fire ups happened several times.
The buyers were sure out in force. I sold several larger ticket items along with alot of t shirts. Overall it was a huge success for everyone involved. 20210423_130103.jpg 20210423_130244.jpg 20210423_130259.jpg 20210423_130311.jpg 20210423_130321.jpg 20210423_130335.jpg 20210423_130341.jpg 20210423_130347.jpg 20210423_130400.jpg 20210423_130440.jpg 20210423_130419.jpg

Had a great time. Sold a bunch of stuff. Kudos to Gary and Madison Classics for getting this show back on track.

We made it there today. Lots of people, and lots of stuff moving.
My son and I made it through the entire swap, but didn't have enough energy to do any of the car show, or the car corral.
I had a few specific things on my list, two of the regular venders I was looking for were not there, and was some what less then impressed with the condition of the available options for the 3rd thing on my list. There may have been more options on Friday, but things were probably more limited Sat., I did get a Big Bar though. There were a few items we went back to where we thought they were, but we either were looking in the wrong row, or the stuff was sold. Either could have happened, it was the chance we took passing on the stuff the first time. Other wise, it was just a great day to enjoy a swap meet again. My son bought some stuff, but nothing HAMB worthy.

We did drag a couple of newbies along with us today, they were pretty impressed. Both got a few small items. Gene

  8. All local racers. It was nice doing something normal again. The spectator turnout was huge on Saturday. The weather co operated for a nice change. Some of the lower vendor turnout was due to Carlisle going on this week along with a third big swap meet. Some of the usual big vendors had to choose where to go. All I know is I had a great time. I found more and sold more than I thought I would. I met a few guys at the show that have some things I need but didn't bring them. I'm off to pick up some of it now as I write this.
