Yeah, I saw the show board for the car. Calling it owner-built might be a stretch.

 

Actually it isn't. I can see why you'd say that if you're going off the show card in his display; Jack's a pretty humble guy and he's going to point to everything everyone else did to bring this car over the finish line. But this has been a longterm personal project, and he's done everything from building the chassis (like, actually making Watts links and torsion bars and perches and shackles) to casting his own aluminum heads and throttle bodies on the early Hemi.

It's a beautiful car, and I'm stoked for Jack. Can't wait to see it on the road, which it will be. And if we're throwing opinions out, I love that Swillco roadster, too.

 

Ole pinstripes is still my choice, but the winner had a ton of details we haven’t seen, like the full belly pan. Bellies stir my jellies
