This was a running motor before disassembly. Only reason pulled was because of excessive blow by from bore/rings. Went to machine shop but machinist took too long so I bought a rebuilt runner. All that was left to be done was grind the crank and bore/hone. Bore was going to be 3.1875” (239ci). $3000. Pickup only. Included: -1937 21 Stud block/crank/21a rods. Block was pressure tested good. Ported mildly. Valve seats ground. Block was hot tanked and coolant passages cleaned out. Block needs to be bored and honed. Crank needs to be cleaned and ground to size bearings. Oil pump included. Had good pressure before disassembly. Truck oil pan (sump in rear). -New cam bearings, nos Ford main bearings, nos Ford rod bearings and small end bushings included. Hastings 4-ring set. Pistons are stock bore 8ba (3.1875) cleaned. -Camshaft is a regrind labeled L&S 3/4 with aluminum timing gear with 3-bolt timing cover. Heads are H&H 21 stud sharp dome 64cc. Graphite BEST head gaskets included. Also included are solid Johnson adjustable lifters. Valves, guides, and springs that were paired with cam are included also but will need to be cleaned or just replaced.
