1952-59 Ford 223 Head swap

So I've got a 215 inline OHV in my grocery getter and I got my hands on a 223 I6 head from my buddy. So I was thinking about dumping it on my 215. Has anybody done it, is it worth the effort? I'm pretty sure its a direct bolt on. I also can get my hands in a set if high lift rockers. Is there a beneifit to running those? The ultimate goal is to hot rod this six if possible. Thoughts, ideas any info will help. Thanks
