I have an early model 223 valve cover that I'd like to run on my later model 223. The later one bolts on around the perimeter, where the old style has 2 cap nuts on the top. Can I change out the rocker towers and put the cap nut type on the newer engine? It seems to fit o.k. Wadaya think?

  2. I did it with mine---early Fenton cover on a 62 engine(thanks Fiddy for the early rocker shaft parts:cool:)
