Looking for some info on this car. Was supposedly built in 1959 in San Mateo, CA by someone who had muffler shops. The car was built on a Model A frame with Model A frontend and 48 Ford brakes. It ran a 324 Olds hooked to a Cad/LaSalle 3 speed. It was possibly featured in a 1960+/- Rod and Custom. The car was bright red when originally built.

This is how it looked in approx. 1975...

The 4x2 intake was pulled off in 1978 due to the gas crisis and replaced with a single 4BBL. The car was then sold. I just picked up the intake from the guy who owned the car from 72-78. It's a polished Edelbrock with 4-97's, linkage and the crazy stacks.

I would like to find the magazine feature, to see if it had this intake on it then.

Hoping someone might remember the car. Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Neal
