26-27 T Touring w/ V8-60...Anybody in So Cal know this Car?

Someone posted this picture here a couple of years ago. I think it was from a show in southern CA.



My brother is collecting parts for a similar car, and we have some ch***is questions.

Does anybody know this car? Is it indeed V8-60 powered? The engine sure looks small to me, but I can't tell for sure.

What kind of frame was used? T, A, fabricated? What kind of drive train does it have? Trans, rearend, steering, etc.

Any details would be appreciated.

I looked at either that car at one very similar at BP in sept. Was also the same car or once again very similar at the Hot Rod O Rama in Tacoma in aug. I don't know if it's all the same car or just look a likes but very tasteful and driveable.

 

That picture was taken at Donut Derelicts in Hunt. Beach...I'd think someone in Socal would recognize it. My friend used to work for a shop that built a similar car...I'll see if he can help ya. KV
