27 banger

Anybody have any more pics of this, either under construction or finished? Thanks to Mark Morton, HOP UP, March 2002.

HotrodA, you guessed it right that is the motor for it. The frame is a modified 29-A,running a T-5 trans and a Halabrand rear.The cal steering is a modified alum Ross.The bracket for the steering also holds the swinging peddles.The top of the cage is removable for street use. It is going to have a lakes type rad.shell and the doors will be welded shut.I have some other photos of different work that we have done if anyone is interested.-TV

 

TV...I'm definitely interested in more pics. Particularly of that rear kickup and addition. That's a "right-on" car. I've gathered up enough stuff to build a similar car. OHV banger, Franklin strg, Halibrand, steel 27. Send them on a PM or post them here. Thanks

Grim, I'm going to use the shape of the 29 shell in the photo and cut out the face side and slide it back and build a swoopy track nose on to it.
