    Mid 60s broncos have a 9 inch with a 5x5x1/2 pattern.
speedway sells high quality spacers that can be used to change the bolt pattern.

I saw the ford spring withe the chevy axle in earlier pictures but I didn't think you were going to use the axle. Is this somthing that has been done before?

  14. Hey Billy, Is there a reason you are using that axle instead of one that is set up to use with a transverse spring? I am concerned with the shackle angle. It is setting now where it should be when it is under load.

I am in no way being critical ( I am building my first ground up project as we speak.) This is just an observation. Good looking dog, btw.

    update
i got the rear end all cleaned up by grinding a bunch of welds off.
    the bed is in position.
and it is just about ready to install.
the shocks for the front should be here today.
unfortunately i hurt my back and the other guy hurt his leg in seperate accidents recently.
    sooo
we are going to take a few days off from this while we heal.
but i will post some more pics soon.

    oh yeah
i went to a junkyard and found some cool gauges from an old chevy? truck

to get a title for this beast i am photo documenting every step of the build and making a build book with reciepts next to every component of the car.
i want no questions about where did that frame come from?
or where'd ya get that tranny kid?
