I heard someone say "Its better to try and make history.....than collecting it". You made a good trade. Lets see it on the SALT!

Having worked on a pair of old dirt cars with offys I can relate to how stoked you must be. Very cool score!

Way cool but the curiousosity is killing me, give us a clue what it's going in!

  5. My friend, you got the better end of that deal!!! Hell, you didn't have cars for most of that stuff anyway.
I can imagine a single seat T-modified in your future. What do you plan for induction, carbs, or fuel injection? We have got to hear that jewel run. Thanks, Mike

Yet just one more reason to hate Bobby Green. :)

I was wondering when you'd let the cat outta the bag.

Cant wait to hear that thing run.

  10. Great find, you're a very lucky man - the stuff that dreams are made of. Use it & abuse it - like it was built for

Wow Bobby, that has to be one of the coolest trades I've ever heard about. The fact you're going to run it at the salt has me in goose bumps, I love Miller/Offy history. You're going to add to it sir!

I'd like to come to your shop and see it when you get started on the lsr project. Let me know if that would be cool.

Lucky man. Most of us can only dream of such a trade. And even fewer would, like you, have the ability to be able to make the trade. Congratulations on doing the deal and kudos for planning to take it to the salt. It will do you proud.

Buster was quite the man from what I've heard. Too bad I missed talking to him about this motor by about a year. It would have been nice. RIP

    Stop by anytime Mike.

Congratulations. I have had this hanging in my garage for many years. Came from an old edition of Circle track I think.

Well. considering I'm from Enid, OK, it seems fitting.
