276/291 hemi manifolds

i know the 276/291 are low decks and the 330/341 are high decks but i have been told like the 440 mopar you can use the 383 manifold but with a spacer can anyone tell me it it the same with the 276/291 and the 330/341

Hi , I made a spacer (1 inch ) thick for my 330 and adapted a low deck Red Ram manifold . Mainly because I couldn't find / afford any hipo Desoto maniflods and you can still get Dodge . Worked out very well .
