28-29 roadster history

I like it, would be cool to find a picture of it back when it was a pace car. I would think that would be possible.

GREAT decision to save the paint! VERY COOL!

 

Damn that paint is really awesome!! I'm all for making cars their best but that paint is too good to mess with!

 

Agree 100% and what makes it cooler is that he drives the wheels off of it too!

You going to the hot hill climb again this year. I met you there last year and you were having to much fun!!

 

First glance at that paint scheme (and the car's 'racing past') made me think "AMC Track Roadster!"
Then I got a grip... Great find! Your indecision on future "Deuce rails? Other possibilities?" remind me of my own plight.
1. Roadster on Deuce rails, Olds power.
2. Tub on Deuce rails, Desoto power.
3. Roadster back on Deuce rails, Chrysler hemi power.
4. Tub likes the Deuce rails, and the Desoto fits nicely. Need more Deuce rails...
