I have a dropped '34 front axle with split bones under the front of my '29. What is the proper amount in degrees of toe-in that I need?

    Thanks. Corn

Toe in is measured in fractions of an inch, as in 1/8" to 3/16". This is the difference in the distance between the center of the tread at the front of the tires and the distance between the center of the tread at the back of the tire. The distance at the back is smaller to create toe out and larger to create toe in.

I had read on rumbleseats site to use 3/32", but when I took it to the shop this afternoon the tech there just looked at me crossed eyed and said he needed it in degrees. I guess this means that I gotta try and do the math that I forgot 20 years ago a convert it to degrees. Or, how the heck do I measure the back sides between each wheel with the engine in there?

    Tell him .1º ± .05º toe in.
