That's a good looking body, but If the doors are original then I would say its a 29.

Looks like you have a great start. What are you plans for the build?

Henry 29 what is the difference in the doors? I have always wondered what sets a 28 apart from a 29.

Nice find! your body puts mine to shame and will save you alot of time and or cash in the long run when the minimal body work it will need. As far as I know the bigest difference between the 29 and 28 was the 28's did not have an exterior door handle ( and thus no hole in the exterior door skin) so you had to reach inside to open the door. You might be able to find the date of manufacture stamped on the front of upper cowel but that would only tell you the year if the gas tank was the original one. Unfortunatly all the tank i have found did not have this stamped in them. An old timer told me that the canadian numbers were branded into the wooden toe boards so after they rotted away no numbers were left.

I'm just going to pretend you paid an arm and a leg for it, otherwise I'm going to cry like a little "guhl". Good score.

Have any idea of what color or motor you have in mind? looks like a solid body from the picture.

Not sure if it's all '28s, but they have a oblong hole in the piece of sub-rail where your left foot might rest next to the side cowl panel. No '29 has that.

  14. Nice. looking forward to your build.

That roadster body looks great. I am working on one also. Are you going with a Model A frame or 32 ?
