Can anyone please give me an idea of what these are worth I can't really get an answer from anyone. I had them on my 283 that blew up and wont fit on my new heads. They are the staggered holes for the early 283.

If they are Cal Custom maybe $65-100 for both.

I'd think checking the usual sources for prices on similar covers would be the thing to do. There may be a set or two for sale in the Cl***ifieds that are similar and no doubt that there are some on Ebay. A few years ago they were mostly nice wall hangers because not many people wanted to run the early heads but now a lot of guys are digging them out so you will probably end up with pms with offers.

I'd say that the guys are about right, somewhere between 50 an 100 bucks depending on if they have damaged fins or dings. I know one thing I wouldn't clean them up, polish the them or anything before I sold them if I did. Let the buyer do what he wants to with them. I've seen more things screwed up when someone tries to do the "value added" thing with it.

Its not too hard to convert your newer heads to staggered holes.

I paid $100 for a set of staggered Cal Customs last year at LA Roadster swap.
