Did Chevy make a tri-power intake for a 283 back in the ‘60s?

No..never a factory tripower for a small block. Dual quads and fuel injection was what they had in their most performance setups.

Only dual quad that I'm aware of.

  4. yeah Chevy never did anything other than dual quads from the factory for multi carb setups on small blocks in any real mass production. There was a prototype tri power intake setup that was close to going into production in 1967 for a 350 Super Sport Camaro, it got all the way to where it was drawn up into the assembly manual's and supposedly some pilot cars made it down the assembly line based on some factory workers testimony. It was basically the tri power of a 427 Corvette on a new aluminum intake for a small block.
