Technical 29 a roof capping

Has anyone got any pictures of the metal capping that fits over the wood roof nosing behind the cowl on a 1929 model A sedan. Mine is missing and I would like to get a look at one to see if its possible to make.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, do you have a picture showing the area of what you are looking for?

 

It's called an eyebrow molding.

 

Yes its the bit you cant see behind the front window cowl, It's a metal capping that goes over the wood

 

I have one out in the garage I could take a picture of it tomorrow and post.

Here sre somer pic's of one I started to straighten for the AV8 project. It is actually the one that was on my delivery when I bought it. I found a much nicer one at a swapmeet for the delivery, but think I can make this one decent with some more shop time. Rod

I had one I sold. Only got 50 bucks for it on ebay so maybe keep an eye out. I think I called it a header cover. Or header panel cover.
