I've finally made some progress on my roadster project. I'm building a 32 frame with Model A frt & rear cross-members and a original 32 K-member. I've added channels in rear for an X effect. I'm bolting the frame together first and will be riveting it together soon. I've been following Ed Lloyds instructions, from his thread on riveting a frame instead of welding. My first instinct was to weld my frame but after seeing his Beautiful Frames I was sold.

  3. As awesome as rivetting looks, i would personally also weld the frame for safeties sake. Just tig weld it all, nice and neat.. will be all the more stronger and still have the look of rivets to add to it.

Edit: In saying that, frame looks awesome. Real nice attention to detail.
