29 Chevy maybe

Hello y'all, I guess I should introduce myself. Name's David, Southeast Georgia. I'm going to need some help building a "29 Chevy" or at least I've been told it's a 29 Chevy. I'm not really a "rodder" or "Old Rodder" that is. I do own some new Modern Muscle that's Fast and looks great.

 

BTW: What does H.A.M.B. mean?
