Projects '29 Ford Roadster PU Project - in progress

  1. Here's a tip that may make life easier(or at least spend les time at the bandsaw). On parts that will fit up to yubing, when you lay it out, before sawing, cut out the curved parts with a good, bi-metal holesaw and lots of oil. Then band-saw the rest. I like the Lennox brand holesaws, but cheapos will work if you take your time, don't let them heat up too much, and use plenty of coolant. I also drill a hole in the diametwer of the holesaw cut, so the chips can fall out, instead of filling up your cut.

    for the interior, i'm using a mex. blanket i got from vacation. we're going to be making a bench seat.
