hey guys, have any of you got some pix of a late twentys mopar 5 window coupe? stock of modified it doesnt matter, just looking for some pix and all i see out of the few i find are 3 windows tim
cool, any idea how hard it is to come by plymouth sheetmetal of that age? any idea if those cars used alot of wood like the chevys or more metal like a ford would have?
I think it depends on the model. My 26 Chrysler 2dr is wider and way longer than a model A. The front doors are about a foot longer. WAY more wood. My 32 Chrysler 4dr was a bit narrower than the 26, more model A sized. WAy cool twin cowl vents and individual split windshields. the Mopars that mimic more popular Ford styles obviously cost more. If you hit it right, you can get them cheaper than Fords. But as the cheap Fords dry up, the next closest thing will start to get popular. (expensive) They already have!!
Guess I'd better go out and get that late 20's MOPAR Coupe body out of the ravine on the other side of the river before somebody else snags it! I keep putting it off because i am going to have to do some diggin' and winchin' to get it out. Thanks for the picture inspiration.
