Technical 29 model a running board bracket mounting holes

would anybody have the measurement for the top mounting hole for the front and rear running board brackets off an original frame. the ones on my aftermarket frame seem to be too low causing the splash aprons to distort. 1929 ford model A tudor

Approximately 1" down from the top.

 

are the front and rear the same, my front one is 30mm top to center and rear is 21mm top to center. thanks
