Got the wheels changed. 550-17s up front and 700-17s out back. I also removed the bumpers. I'm thinking dropped headlight bar now if I leave the fenders on. Or do I pull them? Hmmmm

Like it much better. I'd lower it just a tad to the profile of the tires. Thats a really nice old roadster.

I think that I would leave the fenders on. I'm thinking of putting the fenders and original 30 radiator shell back on my roadster this winter.

Keep the fenders.....whell and tire combo looks a lot better. Any plans for an altitude adjustment?

Step one: Lower it a little, drop the headlight bar and get rid of the horn.

    Step two: Drive.

+1 - dropping would change stance dramatically... Nice roaster!

I was thinking the same thing! Go out to lunch on a Sunday. I actually had it out last Sunday for a few. Haven't tried any long trips yet. 8 miles round trip has been it. But I will.

I like full sheet metal. If I was on and A frame I would have fenders. Looks great!

just drop it down a few...:D

  28. I'm normally a strong supporter of the fenderless look, but in this case, WOW, it looks great with them.

If you don't lower it. Loose the fenders.

    Nice car you got
