291 hemi/nv3500 I'm new here and need a hand

I want to put a nv3500 out of a 1999 Dakota on a 291 Desoto hemi. I have the block adapter (727 on it presently) but is putting the nv3500 on it as easy as simply ordering the flywheel with built in pilot bearing from Hot Heads or Wilcap? ........ seems too easy. Someone out there done it that knows for sure?
