2nd Annual Bicycle Build Off

Anybody else from Rockford going to be there? I'll be there with my trike. Maybe we could meet up and go for a cruise sometime back in town.

 

Well... I'm out unfortunately... Pop's convinced me dragging my little bro away from my mom on Mother's Day wasn't the best thing for me to do. The 65 Columbia ******* is almost finished too!

 

Bring Mom along!!!! LOL. Sorry to hear you can't make it. At least post some pics for us when your done.

 

Mothers day is sunday and the build off is saturday. So CTBrent should be able to make it.

Oh yea I have been spreading the word for you guys too. Watch out for the kid in the 62 chebbie with the Boyds wheels.

 

Yea Im from Rockdump too! I want to go and hang with the Zettle's & Von Fartmann and every one else. The only bad thing is the street car race at Byron is on the same day..... I do have a bike What to do what to do????????? Maybe half day at both places

I'm still planning on showing, unfortunately I didn't get around to repainting the "pink taxi from hell" pedal car, too many other projects took priority.

We just wanted to give a special thanks to all who attended yesterday. We had a pretty good turn out with about 15 bikes. Also had some old cars and trucks there. Were already planning for next year.

 

Sorry I missed it guys - I wound up running into truck problems on the drive out, so my truck is sitting *back* at the dealership.. after spending a week plus there already. Needless to say I wasn't in a great mood. I'll have to head out your way some other time for sure. Been a while since I've seen you guys, and I'm itching to see the Falcon!! hehe.
