Once again each and every one of you just amaze me. Can't wait to see what the rest of the art show brings this week.

This is my first post to the H.A.M.B. Hopefully it counts as art to you guys. It's a sign I did for my local car show and was my first attempt at lettering/sign making. I will post pics of the car later.

This week's show is off to a great start.

Here's another new piece, in celebration of the 32 anniversary...

    WOW!
Rollie - did you beat/create that riveted panel yourself? That's bitchin!
    Happy Birthday fiat128!
Lefty Lucy - that charcoal is great - a particularly like the reflection of the tree on the fender.
Guiseart - again, you astound me. I was just showing off your bookends to my fiance and informed her that I wanted my tombstone to look like that. She asked me why I didn't want a picture of her instead, and I told her she can be next to the car.. I've got a bruise coming up as I type this.
Jeff - Damn. That's all I gotta say. Well, maybe not. I kind of like it out of focus, gives it that DaVinci sfumato look. I'd be very interested in seeing more of your oils and better pics if possible. Fantastic.

This is an illustration I finally finished for a fellow HAMBer who is going to have vinyl decals made to put on the "nose" of his new Airstream trailer. This is a bit O/T, but Airstreams have been around forever and pinups dressed as Rosie the Riveter kinda have that nostalgia feel. Everything was done to his specs and it seems he pleased with the results.

  16. Nice, nice stuff.
Hey Ting, have you ever thrown any self portrates at us by way of the Tiki? [Stylized, of course. I mean no offence or disrespect to the native face of the great (and famous, I might add) artist.]

    Great picture Mr. Norwell

    Too many to name---
Janne, Kus, Von Hartman, Thanks for the great stuff.

...oh, and, Lefty Lucy, I love your style. Absolutely!

Now let's see. Am I forgetting anyone? Hmmm. Seems
    to me there's someone.......

  22. May I just start out with, That Cutlass on page one is Bad A--!

Not much this week. I need to actually finish some of these some day.
Then again, it's all about practice, practice, practice!

This 'vette is still in the conceptual stages.

This ones for all the mustang haters, I mean lovers (I actually really liked these as a kid, now I see 'em as 70's Ford excess and bloating but a well restored one aint so bad. I'm trying to spice up the 'design' and angleto make it more appealing...

...later, I'm posting a Nova (the ubiquitous kind.) (Unless Ryan or Jeff N says "NO!")

    Self portraits?

They're all self portraits of course. My avatar is a self portrait.

I'm one ugly s.o.b. I'm like Gary Busey, except I'm not as pretty. :D

Figured I'd bump this back up...
Just finished some new t-shirts... worked to simplify some of my more intricate pieces for screening, and thought I'd share a couple...
