Looking to drop my 51 deluxe, 3" using drop springs in front and blocks in back. Will I have any issues as far as rubbing with the 670/15 tires? Or front end issues?

I would use drop spindles before drop springs. Your front end will keep better geometry.
I've found that a magic combination for these cars is 2 inch drop spindles in front, with 3 inch block and de-arched leaves in the rear.

You shouldn't rub, except maybe on tight turns into a driveway.

agreed very nice. muffler tips may hit on a incline thats steep enough but thats why they make replacements right.
