Before I break something can someone tell me how to get the plastic bushings out of the 3 spd levers at the base of the steering column? I don't see them being repro-ed so I don't want to screw mine up in case I need to keep mine. I've got a clearance issue with the FE head. I'm thinking a heim joint and replace the factory bushings to get the clearance I need. Is there a center steel tube connecting the 2 plastic pieces? If they repoped them I'd just bust 'em out.

Just in case anyone else was wondering, I figured it out without breaking them.:D They screw together. One has a male thread that screws into the other female threaded bushing with the arm sandwiched in between.
