That's the same wiring setup I used on my P-15, with one exception: Insted of the 3-way switch to force a kickdown, I put a momentary off switch between the lockout switch and governor. It was in my shift knob, & I used it to inhibit upshifts in "slow-&-go" type traffic, or climbing a short hill, etc.
