3-speed shifter

I have a 60 falcon with a 170 6cyl and a toploader 3-speed. What would be the best shifter to use as im tired of the column shift and want to put it in the floor. Is there a short throw shifter i can get. i have a used mr gasket universal truck shifter from a saganaw chevy trans but has some long throws.

 

Depending on the levers on trans & shifter, the effective length can be shortened to change the throw.
