3 wheeled hard rubber tired skates

Very early 3 wheeled rubber tread skates. C.S. Abell was an electragist(electrician who wired houses to receive electricity versus using coal oil(kerosene) or some other petroleum offshoot)/adjustable one size fits all. Since there were few or no sidewalks or paved surfaces ,it seems to me the only places to use these skates was at a skating rink or wooded flooring dance hall or something similar.
