    I can't believe Dylan Hill's Model A coupe isn't already posted on this thread. Victoria cowl and doors merged with a coupe roof and quarters on a deuce frame. The proportions are just about perfect.

    I'm surprised Edsel didn't continue the 3 window at least until he left us.

    Slanted A-pillar, extended door, all it needed for perfection.

    How the rear of the door top takes shape makes or breaks this conversion, IMHO.

    I really enjoy watching Karl Fisher demonstrating doing it by hand and with his machines. He is so helpful, explaining each step from a flat sheet of metal to a grille surround, or whatever.

    I’m more of a hotrod guy

  12. I do like 3 window hot rods, though I thought documenting both the customs, hot rods, and odd balls that have been given this treatment, would be interesting... I have a bunch of images of many other body styles converted to a 3 window, that I'll post regularly...

  13. Based on what sheet metal I do see, I think it actually was a 49 to 51 Mercury. It is interesting for sure, and if given some more styling work it could potentially look neat when finished...
