Has anybody out there built from scratch a roadster windshield frame that replicates the 30-31 Model A pretty closely? Did a search but to no avail....too many common words in there  If so I would appreciate the info. Thanks...

3/4 emt is about 7/8" o.d.....but ****ty quality steel? ....1/2x 1/2 x1/16 square tube for the channel....i am going to mod the guards on my angle grinders to allow zip cutting lines parallel to the table at diff. heights , learned that in log home construction.

I've never built one from scratch for a 31, but was surprised to find how thin the material is that they're made from when chopping mine. We did build one for Turkeyjerk's T roadster out of some s**** tubing. It works well and looks great but has no provision for the seal that goes around the outer edge on a later A model.
