Here ya go unchopped, unchannelled dual quad small block(yeah itsa chevy),coupe, I've had it on the road about 8 months now and got it as an older restoration stocker from my dad,we restored it together when I was about 8. So I'll always have this car in one form or another. Here it is in its current state.
Here's mine, when it was still sitting behind the house in the woods. See, the thing is, I bought came up on a good deal for it, because I always wanted a 5-window. I brought it home while the wife was away and hid it behind the house. I know the wife will go Midieval on my ass if she finds that I've bought another car, so I dismantled the thing, piece by piece, and carried it up into the attic of my house (I have this big walk-in attic -- basically an unfinished second floor) when she wasn't around. So one day, the wife decides to go up there to look for Christmas ornaments or something, and finds a whole freakin' car in the attic... I'm still paying for that one.
Not my car but I found the pic on the net. So what are your thoughts on the A/Altered 3 window A coupe?
any more? yeah there must be a few with the billions that Henry rolled out here's one or two more... some of these may have already been posted?
Anybody have one or a pic of one with an access door behind the passenger door? I remember a guy having one for sale when I was a kid and he said it was so you could put a golf bag under the seat. I think it was a '30/'31 - it's the only one I think I've ever seen.
Does anyone here know what paint was used for the burgundy car in the upper left corner of post#30. Hot Rod Flatz? It's a graet look! Here's my project...
A slant window COUPE!!! I would like to see more pics of this!!! Do you have any more? Does anyone know anything about this body? Tell us what you know!!! I need to know more about this!! If that's for real and not just bastardized, that body is worth a MINT!!!
I was told by the old guy that owned this coupe that it was 1 of only 6 made and was made at the end of the Model A coupe run and possible made up out of spare parts at the factory to use up the parts before the start of the 32 run of vehicles. If anyone has any more info I would also like to know. The old guy that owned it has since passed away so I can't get anymore info.. The car has since passed onto 1 of his kids and I'm told will not be forsale in the near future if ever. Here is the only other pics I have of the coupe. Binga
I saw a roadster being built in Puyallup, by a guy named Pete Peterson, that had an access door in the passenger side behind the seat/ in front of the trunk, I asked why he added the door he said it was for golf clubs. I don't have any pics of it. Dan
