Hi folks, I'm new to the forum and looking forward to learning from you folks. The body of my 30 is in fair to good condition some patch work at bottom of door and quarter. The top has been chopped 3" and I currently plan to channel 4" over a model A frame. I need a deck lid and plan on purchasing the deck skin and fabricating my own inner panel (cost issue) has anyone gone through the process of fabricating an inner deck lid panel? I would also like your input on good source for a rolling Model A ch***is?

    Thanks
    Ron

  2. Try the cl***ifieds here or at http://www.fordbarn.com/ for a rolling ch***is. Good luck and welcome from Michigan.

Hi folks anyone know of a good book with illustrations showing how the body is ***embled. For example my 30 coupe has a angle iron brace which runs across the front roof opening from drivers side to p***angers side is this OEM?

ya it is....OEM. I am finishing my 30 coupe in the next few weeks. I can snap a picture for you and show you mine.

ch***is are all over. hard part i found with my 30 was small things. door hinges and stuff like that. 30/31 are different than any other year.
