Hot Rods 30 Model A with 32 Grill Shell. What hood retainer?

Those of you that installed a 32 Grille Shell on your 30-31 Model A, what did you do for a front hood hinge retainer? Use the stock model A retainer? Bolt pattern is different. I am using an aluminum 32 radiator from Ron Griffin Radiator (NOT an "exact fit" Retainer ears are aluminum on the Griffin radiator.
