302 ford

hi all , my hot rod is almost done ive been putting off the exhaust for a while now just cant find any manifolds that will fit with a 302 ford motor , model A frame ,vega steering . tryed shortie headers but the flange is right were the D rod is . any suggestions im all ears going to the big swap meet in portland .i plan to buy lakes header kit . but sure would like to run side curtains

 

Look at 60s mustang exhaust (1966-289ci) because they were in a really narrow engine bay.
