Can you guys tell me how the heater water flows on a 302?

There are two small outlets on a 302 water pump but I know that one of them is for the byp*** hose that goes to the thermostat housing.

I'm ***uming that the other one is for heater water. So...it leaves the pump at that point and goes through the heater core, and then what?....does it go into a water port in the intake manifold?

Looking at the front of the engine the byp*** hose goes from the thermostat housing to the water pump ****** on your right, the water pump ****** on the left goes to the lower outlet on the heater, the upper heater hose goes to the fitting in the intake manifold next to the distributor.

not that it realy matters , but the intake would be the supply or pressure fed side and the water pump is the return or non pressure side
