Anybody have info on this swap? Got an 83 302 thats gonna be put inplace of the y block. Any info on oil pan clearance issuse's motor mounts and disk upgrades would be apprciated. I searched all through the forums and tech posts but didnt come up with much.

Don't have any specific info on this swap, but there are several oil pans available for that motor. I'd imagine you'll be able to find a pan that'll work cheap enough. The Fox body Mustangs (at least from '85-'93, and possibly '79-'84 as well) have a double sump pan that works well for a lot of swaps.

This isn't the greatest pic - the oil filter blocks the center of the pan, but this is my '87 302 with the double sump pan.

A 302 will almost bolt itself in to any 54 thru 56 sedan. Use 64 Fairlane 260 motor mounts, make a new trans mount. Granada spindles and disc brakes are easy to intall, PM me for more info.
