Heading out in a few minutes, towards NYC, from Arizona. My chariot is a 1957 (mostly) Suburban. My destination is a high school robotics competition in the big city. My cargo is a robot that our students built. Looks like I'll have warm weather for the drive.

I figured this would be a good 30,000th post.

don't know your route, but jibs and I are a little south of Pittsburgh if something comes up. or if you have time, stop in for a garage tour.

  12. Be careful out there. Supposed to be some heavy rain late in the week as you go farther east, some real gully washin' stuff!

I can't think of a better way to celebrate your 30,000th post than with an epic road trip like this. Safe travels, and I'll be watching this one.

This is going to be a great experience, I hope you let us ride along. My daughter and her team just finished a robot in her engineering class. Now, she is talking about robotics/engineering when she finishes high school, thanks to a great teacher who makes it fun.
