30's Chevrolet Aftermarket Clutch Pressure Plate (VW Plate ?)

This is a Clutch Pressure Plate I have Laying around in my Garage...
...Some on think it is an Aftermarket for a Mid to late 30's Chevrolet, also heard maybe of VWwas in my 1929-30 Spare Parts Stuff when i got it. Trying to clean out my garage, and does NOT fit anything I own.
