Started making window templates, not to sure how tight they should fit. Seems that the doors widen out just 1/8 inch or so as the template slides down. When I roll the thing down its binding, not sure if the gl*** will do the same, or I'm not doing something correct. Seems pretty straight forward though. If the gl*** is cut too small it can bind when rolling up or down. And when you have the gl*** cut have them in polish the edges. It will make the gl*** slide easier in the gl*** channel. Carful tightening the rear garnish moulding when the gl*** in in there. I found out the hard way, tightened a screw a little too much the next day the gl*** cracked.
