Technical 31 chevy motor help

Got my 31 running today after sitting for 10-15 years motor ran great for about a half hour. Had it idling and it shut off went to start it and it wouldn't turn over tried the hand crank and it won't budge. Pulled the valve cover and it appears one valve is stuck down. My question is will any 194 motor bolt up in my car? I'm going to pull the head/motor and rebuild it but want something to put in for this season. Thanks in advance.

 

The 1960s version of the 194 sure won't bolt in.
