Trying to sort out my trunk lid and order a new set of hinges from Snyder fir $50. Nice little kit but.... This should fit relatively easily right since the trunk is supposed to rotate on this?

Both sides - same issue. They fit the ones installed in the lid and I also considered drilling these out a bit.

    Thoughts?

Well. I went ahead and put the "inside" in and left this existing part on the deck lid. Seems a lot better than the bolts that were just holding this lid on. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1441252028.264537.jpg

I spent a lot of time getting mine to fit. Die grinder was my friend. Once I made a few minor modifications they worked well and was able to adjust up and down.
