Hot Rods '31 Panel in Progress

'31 Ford Tudor converted to panel delivery, owned and being built by Jim Russo of Cicero, NY, north of Syracuse. Car was purchased by Jim's son in Florida and trucked north. Currently motivated by 350 Chev hooked to 700R4. Jim has been building hot rods since he was in junior high. He says driving this one makes him feel like he's 17 again.
